UNDER ARMOUR® UNIVERSAL LIFETIME WARRANTY

Under Armour® Performance Eyewear is warranted to the original registered purchaser against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for the LIFETIME of the sunglass.  This warranty does not apply to sunglasses that have been subject to improper or unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, accidental breakage or scratched lenses.  Under Armour® Performance Eyewear will repair or replace, at our discretion, any pair of Under Armour® Performance Eyewear manufactured and distributed by Eyeking, LLC that falls within the guidelines of this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

UNDER ARMOUR® PERFORMANCE EYEWEAR REPAIR PROGRAM

Under Armour® Performance Eyewear also offers, for a nominal fee, a repair service for eyewear damaged by accidental breakage (not covered by warranty). Under Armour® Performance Eyewear also offers repair and replacement options for owners of older Under Armour® Performance Eyewear models, not covered under this warranty.
