The Realm Eyegear is warranted to the original registered purchaser against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for the LIFETIME of the sunglass. This warranty does not apply to sunglasses that have been subject to improper or unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, accidental breakage or scratched lenses. The Realm Eyegear will repair or replace, at our discretion, any pair of The Realm Eyegear Sunglasses manufactured and distributed by Eyeking, LLC that falls within the guidelines of this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

THE REALM EYEGEAR REPAIR PROGRAM

The Realm Eyegear also offers, for a nominal fee, a repair service for eyewear damaged by accidental breakage (not covered by warranty). The Realm Eyegear also offers repair and replacement options for owners of older The Realm Eyegear models, not covered under this warranty.
