ARSENAL OPTIX™ LIFETIME WARRANTY

Arsenal Optix™ is warranted to the original registered purchaser against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for the LIFETIME of the sunglass.  This warranty does not apply to sunglasses that have been subject to improper or unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, accidental breakage or scratched lenses.  Arsenal Optix™ will repair or replace, at our discretion, any pair of Arsenal Optix™ manufactured and distributed by Eyeking, LLC that falls within the guidelines of this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Please package your sunglasses securely and use a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, or U.S. Postal Service (registered or insured). Please include $15 for S&H to process your return along with your return address and contact information (phone & email address).
